Features
What Focuson does: the day built from one line, a ceiling on the day, an assistant that remembers you, spheres, a calendar, and a Telegram bot.
The day
"Today, health matters most" reorders the plan, the "now" card and the day's advice. Nothing is added or removed — only the order changes.
Three, five or eight tasks by how full a day you named — and by time, not just count. Come back after a pause and it does not meet you with a wall.
The console is a conversation plus ticking the day's composition, with one Undo. The ritual is step by step: gather everything → estimate time → lay it out by time of day.
A full-screen /now: one next step, a timer on your chosen scheme (pomodoro / 15 / 50 / ultradian), the rest of the interface gone.
Whatever you did not finish is marked as carried over, with a reason code and a score boost. It shows as a signal, not a reproach.
The assistant & memory
Understanding accumulates about you, your spheres and projects: "underestimates time", "more productive in the morning". Open it on /memory and correct it.
Planning facts ("do not plan in the evening") are read deterministically when the day is assembled. Adaptivity as a readable fact, not a hidden weight adjustment.
Speaks at most once a day, never counts your misses, waits until you open it. Once a day what it sees; once a week what shifted.
A big vague task → 3–6 concrete steps with rough minute estimates, behind a button.
Life structure
A flat list becomes stages and the tasks move into them. Branches are a roadmap tree. Nothing is created from scratch.
Eight sectors, attention split by sliders, a neglected sector weighs on the day's score.
One measurable goal per project (quantity, unit, current/target). One can be marked as the primary.
A shop: habits, projects, plans, roadmaps. The showcase is ordered for your situation: what answers a quiet sphere comes first.
Ready-made topic trees — frontend, DevOps — at focuson.app/roadmap/… "Apply to my account" clones the branch tree into a new project you can work through.
Describe a goal or something you're preparing for — get a topic tree, a flat list, or stages, your choice. Nothing is created until you check off what to take.
For anyone who does not yet know their "Focus on ___": six questions → the AI reflects (never predicts) a main direction, an alternative, 2–4 spheres and one week-long experiment — each tied to an answer you gave. A public /path page needs no sign-in.
Re-assemble yourself honestly at any point: plan type → portrait edits → new spheres and projects, all a preview. It reads what you already have — spheres, tasks, memory notes, onboarding answers — and proposes on top.
Overview
Tasks by date, drag to set a date. The forward auto-schedule is a separate layer; manual always wins.
List · ahead (Today/Tomorrow/7 days) · calendar · habits (30-day map, a soft streak).
Three main results for the week, a summary of what's ahead, three reflection questions.
One metric — actions done — by week/month, a streak and a record, time by sphere as fact only. Opened on purpose.
Where every sphere and project stands by movement: what is stuck, what went quiet.
Telegram & sign-in
Today · Now · Done · Later · Add — menu buttons, not commands.
A voice note to the bot → transcript → a task in the Inbox.
Optional: on Mondays — what moved, what went quiet, what's ahead, the Big 3.
Password, magic link, Google, passkey. Dark and light themes.
