Terms of Service

By using Focuson (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Focuson is a personal planning app provided on an early-access, “as is” basis. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be removed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity under your account. Provide a valid email. One person, one account, for personal use.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, hacking attempts, excessive load, bypassing limits, or infringing the rights of other users.

4. AI features

AI suggestions are assistive and may be inaccurate or wrong. They are not professional advice. Decisions you make based on them are your responsibility. How AI is used is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your content

The content you create is yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the service.

6. Availability & no warranty

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uptime or data preservation. Keep important records independently. During early access, downtime and data loss are possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

9. Operator & governing law

Focuson is currently operated as an early-access project by an individual, not a registered company. A legal entity and a specific governing law will be designated before general availability; until then we handle any disputes in good faith. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date is shown above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
